Relax from your travels in my modern vintage style cottage just 20 minutes from downtown center Charlotte, 13 mins from the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, and 15 mins from the US National Whitewater Center. Situated in a rolling, country-feeling neighborhood, my home is not actually out in the country at all. The home sits back off the road on 2 full acres, and is 7 minutes from Northlake mall, has golfing 3 mins away, and lots of good shopping, restaurants and entertainment near. The space My home is a cozy cottage full of personally curated finds and furnishings, to create the comfortable home of my (and hopefully your!) Pinterest dreams. I've got a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, with the essentials for cooking for you to try out all of those Food Channel recipes you've been dreaming of, luxe leather couches to chill on, and cable if you're just in the mood to be lazy. The leather sofa is pretty comfy for sleeping on, and I have 3 twin XL sized cots that can be moved into any of the bedrooms or used in the common areas as you choose. I have blackout curtains in the living room and all bedrooms, to provide a restful night's sleep. The mattresses on bed frames are all memory foam, for a great night's sleep. My home doesn't have any carpet, and I use hypoallergenic laundry detergent and home goods (like my pillows) whenever I can, so it's a pretty good home if you are allergy prone or have asthma or any need for a clean environment. I also don't allow any pets or smoking. When you arrive you'll also find a selection of snacks and treats, bottled water, coffee and tea in the kitchen for you to enjoy. I've got high speed interest, and a wireless printer for working. And in your down time, I've got a big stash of board games for you to play. Interaction with guests I'm here for you by phone or text anytime between 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. I'll leave you a little stash of treats in the kitchen and give you the lockbox code to let yourself in when you arrive. Please do not block the view as it is for your security. There are no cameras inside the home. 5. No pets without written communicated approval and with an extra cleaning fee of $100. 6. Extra guests are $25/guest after 6 guests. 7. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not allowed unless scheduled and paid for in advance. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property and you notify us about it, you're authorizing us to get into the property to fix the issue, to solve the problem, or to repair the home or clean it to the standards that you require. We don't need extra authorization to enter the property if there's something you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy. 13. Please respect our home. This house was a Mill house during the height of the Textile Industry and has been completely renovated! It is close to everything but far enough way to have that “country-like” atmosphere! Our home is 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and has a spacious gathering area and kitchen - perfect for families and friends!
